Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to manage field sales, strengthen doctor relationships, and drive brand growth across assigned doctor chambers, hospitals, and pharmacy retail networks.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor Detailing: Visit prescribers daily to present product features, scientific data, clinical indications, and brand benefits using visual aids and samples.
Chemist & Market Audits (RCPA): Conduct regular Retail Chemist Prescription Audits to monitor prescription trends, competitor activity, and brand movement.
Distributor & Stock Management: Coordinate with stockists and retail chemists to maintain inventory, avoid stock-outs, and ensure smooth secondary sales fulfillment.
Territory Coverage: Plan daily call routes to consistently achieve target call averages (Doctors and Chemists) and fulfill monthly sales quotas.
Compliance & Reporting: Submit daily call reports via CRM software and maintain full compliance with pharmaceutical ethical guidelines.
Key Requirements
Education: B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or B.Sc (Life Sciences). Non-science graduates with relevant pharma sales experience may apply.
Experience: 0 to 3 years in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers with strong scientific aptitude welcome).
Skills: Strong communication, scientific product detailing, RCPA execution, negotiation, and territory route planning.
Logistics: Valid 2-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
