1. About MrJobs

Your legal business / proprietor name ("we", "us") runs this website and web app ("MrJobs"). MrJobs publishes job listings and lets paying members view the hiring manager's contact details. We are an intermediary. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we do not guarantee any interview, job or salary.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using MrJobs you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Accounts

• Give correct information and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts cannot be shared or transferred.

4. Job seeker membership

• Membership costs ₹299 per year (inclusive of applicable taxes, if any). It gives access to hiring manager contact details on live jobs for 12 months from the date of payment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Membership is for your personal job search only.

5. Employers

• Employers may post genuine and lawful vacancies after paying the posting fee (currently ₹499 per job). We may edit, reject or remove any job.
• You must have the right to share the hiring manager's contact details, and you must not ask candidates for money, deposits or fees in any form.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your job post.

6. Verified Job and Vacancy Filled tags

A "Verified Job" tag means our team did a basic check on the listing at the time of review. It is not a guarantee about the employer, the job or the outcome. "Vacancy Filled" is based on admin or user reports and may be out of date.

7. What you must not do

• Copy, scrape, resell, publish or share hiring manager contact details or our data.
• Use contact details for spam, advertising, harassment or anything unlawful.
• Post fake, misleading, discriminatory or illegal jobs, or collect money from job seekers.
• Bypass payment, hack, or overload the site.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

8. Third-party content and your own checks

Job details and contact numbers come from employers or public sources. We do not guarantee they are correct, current or genuine. Verify the employer before sharing documents or money. A genuine employer does not charge a fee to hire you.

9. Our role as an intermediary

We act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. To report unlawful content, write to our Grievance Officer using the Contact Us page.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

MrJobs is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for loss arising from jobs, employers, calls, interviews, hiring decisions, fraud by third parties, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Intellectual property

The site design, code, brand and compilation of listings belong to Your legal business / proprietor name. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use MrJobs.

12. Changes and ending your use

We may change the service or these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using MrJobs at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Your city (courts jurisdiction) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
