Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital service

Membership and job posting are digital services delivered immediately after payment.

2. Job seeker membership (₹299 per year)

• Membership is non-refundable once you have viewed any hiring manager contact number, because the service has been delivered.
• If you paid but did not get access because of a technical fault, or you were charged twice, we will fix your access or refund the amount.
• Membership does not auto-renew. You are not charged again unless you pay again.

3. Employer job posting (₹499 per job)

• If our team rejects your job, the posting fee is refunded.
• Once a job is published, the fee is non-refundable.

4. How refunds work

Write to support@yourdomain.com with your registered mobile number and payment ID within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Bank timelines may vary.

5. Cancellation

You can stop using MrJobs at any time. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current period.

6. Disputes

Please contact us first. We reply within 48 hours on working days.
